§ 9.40.080. Enforcement.

The director of the department of environmental services. Director of planning and inspections department, or the police chief or their designated representative, shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter.

Ord. No. 18908 , § 8, adopted Feb. 26, 2019, repealed the former § 9.40.080, and enacted a new § 9.40.080 as set out herein. The former § 9.40.080 pertained to noise level measurement and derived from prior code § 12-115.
