§ 18.21.370. Nuisance declared.

A private sewage facility that is built, installed, used, operated or maintained in violation of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance. All violations of this chapter are declared to be public nuisance. In addition to the penalties set forth in Section 18.21.360, this chapter may be enforced by injunction.
