§ 18.21.360. Penalties.

A.

Any individual, firm, corporation or agent who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, construct, alter, repair, or replace any private sewerage facility or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired, or replaced a private sewerage facility in violation of the proposed system as submitted and permitted thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars.

B.

Each day that a violation occurs constitutes a separate offense.
