§ 5.10.180. Violation and penalties.

Latest version.

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars. Each day the violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any penalties provided for herein, this chapter is enforceable by injunction.
