§ 12.88.180. No stopping or standing—Tow-away zone.

    When signs are erected in the following locations reading substantially, "No parking or standing, tow-away zone," no person shall park or stand any vehicle on the following parts of streets at any time, including, but not limited to Sundays and holidays:

    1.

    Both sides of Montana Avenue from Piedras Street to Cedar Street;

    2.

    North side of Montana Avenue from Cedar Street to Birch Street;

    3.

    Both sides of Montana Avenue from Eucalyptus Street to Laurel Street;

    4.

    North side of Montana Avenue between Laurel Street and Williams Street;

    Yandell Drive, north side between Florence Street and a point 415 feet west of El Paso Street;

    When signs are erected in the following locations reading substantially "No parking or standing, 7—9 a.m. and 4—6 p.m., tow-away zone," no person shall park or stand any vehicle on the following parts of streets between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. or between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on any day, including, but not limited to, Sundays and holidays:

    1.

    North side of Montana Avenue from Birch Street to Maple Street;

    2.

    Both sides of Montana from Walnut Street to Eucalyptus Street.

    C.

    When signs are erected in the following locations reading substantially "No Parking or Standing, Tow-away Zone—Sundays Only," no person shall park or stand any vehicle on the following parts of streets at any time on Sundays.

    D.

    When signs are erected in the following locations reading substantially "No Parking or Standing, Tow-away Zone—Saturdays and Sundays Only," no person shall park or stand any vehicle on the following parts of streets at any time on Saturdays and Sundays:

    1.

    Little Flower Road, both sides, from Ben Swain Drive to the north side of La Playa drain.

    E.

    When signs are erected in the following locations reading substantially "No Parking or Standing, 2:00—6:00 a.m., Tow-Away Zone," no person shall park or stand any vehicle on the following parts of streets between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day, including, but not limited to, Sundays and holidays:

    1.

    El Paso Street, both sides, from Sixth Avenue to Wyoming Avenue.

    2.

    Stanton Street, both sides, Eighth Avenue to Franklin Avenue.

    F.

    Any person violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.

    G.

    The police department is directed to cause to be towed away any vehicle found parked or standing in violation of this section; and the owner of such vehicle shall be civilly liable to the person doing such towing for the reasonable cost thereof.

    H.

    When signs are erected in the following location reading substantially "No Parking or Standing, 7:00 p.m.—7:00 a.m., Tow-away Zone, anytime, including but not limited to, Sundays and holidays:"

    Campestre Lane, west side only.

    I.

    When signs are erected in the following location reading substantially "No Parking or Standing, 8:00 p.m.—4:00 a.m., Tow-away Zone, anytime, including but not limited to, Sundays and holidays":

    Common Drive, from Dale Douglas Drive to the property line between 1614 and 1618 Common Drive.

    J.

    When signs are erected in the following location reading substantially, "No Parking or Standing, Trailers or Vehicles With or Without Trailers, Exceeding Nine Feet in Height, Twenty-six feet in length or seven feet, eight inches in Width, Tow-Away Zone" no person shall park or stand any trailers or vehicles with or without trailers, exceeding nine feet in height, twenty-six feet in length or seven feet, eight inches in width on the following parts of streets at any time, including, but not limited to, Sundays and legal holidays:

    Within the area bounded by of Cotton St., to the west; Paisano St., to the south; Texas Ave. to the north; and Piedras St. to the east.
