§ 9.38.060. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any penalties provided for herein, this chapter shall also be enforceable by injunction.
