§ 5.13.050. Permit renewal.

  • If, thirty days prior to the expiration of the permit, there are no outstanding violations, citations or fees owed to the city by the permit holder which are directly related to the permit, the permit may be renewed for a period of three years, or as provided in Section 5.13.040, upon the filing of a new application and payment of the established fee.

Editor's note

Section 3 of Ord. No. 17779, adopted May 1, 2012 states the effective date of this ordinance shall be the date signed by the Mayor for the City of El Paso. This ordinance shall be applicable to all permit applications received on or after that date.
