§ 5.11.020. License—Application—Contents.

Application for such license shall be filed with the permit official in writing, sworn to by the applicant and accompanied by the established fee, and shall show:

A.

The name and residence address of the owner or owners of the business, and if a corporation the names and residence address of the principal officer thereof. If any of the owners, or in the case of a corporation, the principal officer, is not a resident of El Paso County, then the application shall also show the name and residence address of an agent residing in El Paso County on whom process may be served;

B.

The name under which the business is to be conducted and the location thereof. More than one location may be included in the same application. If the business is conducted under an assumed name the application shall show that the assumed name has been filed with the county clerk in accordance with state law;

C.

The permit official may inspect the premises of the business at any time during business hours.
