§ 5.09.080. Suspension.

A.

Business license. The permit official shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business license for a period not to exceed thirty days if the sexually oriented business licenses has knowingly violated this chapter or has knowingly allowed an employee to violate this chapter.

B.

Employee license. The permit official shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business employee license if the employee has knowingly violated this chapter.
