§ 5.03.060. No transfer of permit.

A.

In the event the establishment changes its location, a new permit shall be required. A permit is not transferrable to a new address.

B.

In the event the person responsible for the establishment changes, a new permit shall be required. A permit is not transferrable to a new owner of an establishment.
