§ 5.01.030. License/Permit—Renewal.

Unless a specific chapter under Title 5 of this Code sets out a different renewal term, if, thirty days prior to the expiration of the license or permit, there are no outstanding violations, citations, or fees owed to the city by the license or permit holder which are directly related to the license or permit, the license or permit may be renewed for a period of two years upon the filing of a new application and payment of the established renewal fee.
