§ 3.24.010. Turnover of funds by city tax assessor and collector required—When.

  • City funds which are received by the city tax assessor and collector shall be turned over to the city comptroller as follows:

    A.

    The assessor and collector shall turn such funds over to the comptroller not less than once each week.

    B.

    When the funds received by the assessor and collector for all taxing units exceed one hundred thousand dollars for one or more days less than a week, he shall turn the city's portion of such funds over to the comptroller on the first working day after the day when receipts exceeded one hundred thousand dollars.
