§ 2.40.050. Advisory board—Officers and quorum.

    Officers. Each year members shall elect presiding officers of the museums and cultural affairs advisory board. The director of the museums and cultural affairs department or an appointee shall attend the advisory board meetings and have the right to take part in discussion but shall not vote. The director will assign a secretary to the museums and cultural affairs advisory board.

    B.

    Quorum. A quorum of the museums and cultural affairs advisory board shall be a majority of the total number of the board members who have been appointed by city council at the time of the board meeting; provided however, a quorum shall not be less than seven.
