§ 2.20.060. Unsportsmanlike conduct—Contract termination authority.

Unsportsmanlike conduct by a team, individual, team member, coach, sponsor or other such participant in a city-organized parks and recreation activity shall be deemed a breach of contract with the city, and the board of parks and recreation shall have the final authority, in the event of an appeal, to terminate the contract and prohibit authorization of future contracts for the terminated activity for a period of up to five years.
