§ 19.32.010. Reference to city charter.

Reference. The city plan commission shall have the powers and duties as provided for in Chapter 2.08 of this City Code, the Charter of the City of El Paso, Texas and as authorized by Chapters 211, 212 and 245 of the Texas Local Government Code.
