§ 17.12.040. License—Fees.

A.

The annual license fee shall be as identified in the adopted budget resolution for the current fiscal year or by other appropriately adopted resolution by the city council. Annual license fees shall be due on March 31 ^st of each year, for the twelve months following March 31 ^st . The license fee is levied to pay part of the expenses of enforcement of this chapter, and not for revenue.
