§ 15.10.500. Condition of public rights-of-way.

  • City does not warrant the condition or safety of public rights-of-way or service poles. Any provider issued a permit to occupy public rights-of-way or service poles has an obligation to inspect public rights-of-way or service poles, prior to commencing any work. By accepting a permit from the city for occupancy of public right-of-way, provider assumes all risks of any damage, injury, or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by or in connection with the use of public rights-of-way.
