§ 15.08.070. Penalty for nonpayment.

Every person who shall operate any business without the payment of the rentals provided for herein shall also pay a late fee for each day that such business shall conduct such business using and occupying the streets, easements, alleys or other public ways of the city without the payment of the rentals. This fee shall be calculated at the prime rate (the rate that the nation's largest banks charge their most creditworthy customers) times the amount of street rentals due and owing to the city times the number of days that the street rentals are late, and shall be paid in addition to the rentals provided for herein.
