§ 15.08.015. Payments by operators of cable television systems.

The provisions of this chapter apply to any person who enjoys the privilege of using the streets, alleys, highways, easements and public places of the city for the installation, operation and maintenance of a cable television system, except that the amount of payment and dates for payment and reporting shall be as required by franchise agreement between the city and such person.
