§ 15.08.011. Definitions.

These definitions apply throughout this chapter.
A.

"Appeals official" means the city manager or a deputy city manager as designated by the city manager.

B.

"Downtown improvement area" means any area that lies within the boundaries of the downtown plan area as described in the Downtown 2015 Plan adopted by city council on October 31, 2006. A map of the downtown plan area is on file with the city clerk and is also available through the office of the downtown management district.

C.

"Permit official" means the person or person designated by the city manager as being responsible for issuing permits, licenses or making any other authorization provided for under this article.

D.

"Cincinnati commercial district" means the commercial district on Cincinnati Avenue bounded by N. Mesa Street and N. Stanton Street.
