§ 15.04.160. Books, records and accounts—Refusal to maintain—Penalty.

In addition to the refusal to comply with the terms of Sections 15.04.140 and 15.04.150 constituting a ground for forfeiture of the franchise as aforesaid, any person or corporation violating any provision of Sections 15.04.140 and 15.04.150 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one hundred fifty dollars and not more than two hundred dollars for each violation, and each day that such person refuses to keep and maintain the books, records and accounts required in Section 15.04.140 shall constitute a separate offense.
