§ 15.04.040. Facts and evidence at hearings—Failure to tender.

  • Upon failure of any public utility to make available evidence as provided herein, the administrative function shall not have been exhausted, and it shall be precluded from thereafter submitting such evidence to the city council in the same cause at any extended or subsequent hearing, except pursuant to good cause shown, as, for the introduction of newly discovered evidence not initially introduced through no fault of the utility.
