§ 14.16.150. Removal of disabled, abandoned, illegally parked vehicles and aircraft.

    The director or his authorized representatives may remove, or cause to be removed, from any area of the airport any vehicle, aircraft or property which is disabled, abandoned, parked in violation of these rules and regulations, or which presents an operational problem, or interferes with the safe and efficient operation of the airport, at the operator's or owner's expense and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such movement. The director or his authorized representatives may remove, or cause to be removed, any vehicle which is parked more than sixty consecutive days in any parking lot operated by the airport, unless written permission to do so has been obtained from the director or an authorized representative.

    B.

    No person shall, unless authorized by the director or an authorized representative, park a vehicle in any area of the airport which has been designated by signs or other means as reserved for certain persons or vehicles or restricted for certain purposes.
