§ 14.12.170. Take-offs and landings.

  • A.

    All take-offs and landings shall be made on the paved runways except in emergencies, in which taxiways may be used if so directed by the control tower.

    B.

    Aircraft, after landing, shall turn off the runway at the first taxiway or runway intersection or as specifically instructed by the control tower.

    C.

    No aircraft shall be operated on the airport while the pilot, or other persons aboard controlling any part of the operation thereof, is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any narcotic drug.

    D.

    No aircraft shall be operated on the airport if such aircraft is loaded so as to exceed the manufacturer's specification. Aircraft constructed or modified by other than accredited manufacturers may be operated on, from, or to the airport only by express written permission of the director and in accordance with civil air regulations.
