§ 14.12.160. Taxiing.

A.

No aircraft shall be taxied without prior clearance from the control tower, and then only at speeds that shall assure complete control at all times.

B.

While awaiting take-off clearance, aircraft shall not be taxied past the holding lines painted on the taxiways.

C.

Aircraft shall not be taxied into or out of any hangar.
