§ 13.30.130. Violation

A.

A person commits an offense if he promotes or sponsors a film-making event for which a permit has not been issued or has been revoked.

B.

A person to whom a person has been issued commits an offense if he intentionally violates the terms of the permit.

C.

A person participating in a film-making event for which a permit has been issued commits an offense if he intentionally violates the terms of the permit.

D.

A person commits an offense if he participates in a film-making event for which a permit is required without a permit having been issued, or if issued, subsequently revoked.
