§ 13.20.090. Builders excepted from restrictions.

No contractor, mechanic, artisan or other person engaged in repairing or erecting any building who shall otherwise comply with the City Charter and with ordinances and regulations concerning buildings and improvements, and shall take out the requisite permits therefor, shall thereby become liable for the obstruction of the sidewalk.
