§ 12.88.150. Schedule XIV—Speed limits.

In accordance with Section 12.28.010, the city council determines and declares, upon the basis of engineering and traffic investigations as set forth for such purposes by state law, that the maximum reasonable, prudent and safe speed upon the following highways and streets, or portions thereof, is the number of miles per hour hereinafter set forth:

A.

Ten miles per hour:

On Edgar Park Avenue from Echo Street to the Streets;

Fifteen miles per hour:

On all streets and roads in city parks,
