§ 12.85.090. Boot removal.

  • The registered owner of an immobilized or impounded vehicle, or other authorized person, may secure the release of the vehicle by paying the amount of the fine, any late fees for each delinquent parking citation, the applicable boot fee, transportation costs incurred by the city, towing and storage fees. Failure to request hearing within fourteen days of such payment is an admission of liability of the citations that resulted in the vehicle being booted or impounded and constitutes a waiver of the right to contest such fines and fees.
