§ 12.80.160. Negligent collision.

A.

No person while driving or in charge of any vehicle shall wilfully or with negligence cause or permit such vehicle to come into collision with any other vehicle or with any animal, person or property on any public street.

B.

Proof of a collision shall be prima facie evidence of the driver's negligence, and proof of no intent to injure shall be no defense to a charge of negligent collision.
