§ 12.80.020. Dim lights required.

A.

No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any street or alley in the city with a light or lights of such intensity and direction as to impair the vision for driving purposes of another person driving a vehicle.

B.

When a motor vehicle is equipped with a device for raising and lowering or for dimming the headlight beams, no person shall drive such vehicle on any street or alley in the city without lowering or dimming the headlight beams.
