§ 12.77.040. Offense.

Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of any provision or requirements of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50.00 or more than $500.00. Each violation of this chapter is a separate offense.
