§ 12.76.150. Purpose of seizure.

The purpose of Section 12.76.140 is to prevent thefts of bicycles and bicycle parts and accessories and to facilitate the recovery of the same when lost or stolen, and such section shall be liberally construed to effectuate such purpose.
