§ 12.64.040. Sahara Lane.

A.

No person shall operate any vehicle on that part of Sahara Lane lying between the Dyer Street-Loop 375 curbline and the following described line lying across Sahara Lane:

A straight line joining the southwest corner of Lot 15, Block 1, Sahara Subdivision, and a point in the south right-of-way line of Sahara Lane which is 35 feet westerly from the northeast corner of Lot 16, Block 2, Sahara Subdivision.

B.

The department of transportation is authorized to erect a barrier against vehicular traffic along the above-described line lying across Sahara Lane, and the department of transportation is authorized to erect such warning sign or signs as may be appropriate to give notice of the dead end of Sahara Lane at such line.

C.

Any person violating subsection A of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in Sections 1.08.010 through 1.08.030.
