§ 12.64.030. Controlled access highways.

No person shall operate any bicycle, motor scooter, motorcycle of less than five brake horse-power, or vehicle drawn by any animal, on any controlled access highway within the city; or go thereon as a pedestrian; or ride any animal thereon.
