§ 12.44.070. Back-in angled parking only zone.

An operator who stops or parks in a back-in angled parking only space must stop or park the vehicle with the rear wheels of the vehicle at an angle to the curb or edge of the roadway. No portion of the vehicle shall extend into the roadway so as to obstruct traffic flow.
