§ 12.30.140. Nonconforming devices.

A.

No person shall place, maintain, or display upon or in view of any construction site, any temporary traffic control devices that the traffic engineer determines are substandard, damaged, worn out, faded, or otherwise nonconforming.

B.

The city shall be entitled to issue a notice of violation by red-tagging any temporary traffic control device which is in violation of this section, and such violation shall be corrected within four-hours by the violator after receipt of notice of the red tag.
