§ 12.26.030. Cruising prohibited.

A.

A person commits an offense under this section, if between the hours of nine p.m. and three a.m. on any day of the week, he or she cruises, as defined herein, in a "no cruising zone" marked in accordance with Section 12.26.050 of this code.

B.

Enforcement of this section may occur any time after a police officer has determined that a person has passed a traffic control point, either by operating or permitting the operation of a motor vehicle, three or more times within a two-hour period.
