§ 12.20.220. Flasher signal standards.

The basic principles and prescribed standards applied in the traffic engineering study shall conform to the applicable specifications of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD). A copy of the TMUTCD shall be on file with the engineering traffic division.
