§ 10.08.060. Swimming in Franklin Canal.

No person shall swim, bathe or wade in the Franklin Canal within the city limits; provided, this section shall not apply to any person entering the canal in line of duty in connection with the operation thereof or the making of repairs thereon, or for the purpose of rescuing any person or animal from danger.
