§ 10.08.040. Trespass on designated city property prohibited—Exception

  • A. Any person who shall go into the following described land shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in Sections 1.08.010 through 1.08.030:

     12.19 acres more or less out of Tract 2, Parcel 6, Government Parcels, in El Paso County, beginning at the northerly corner of herein described tract, said point being by traverse N. 76— 12° E. 798.97 feet and S. 13— 48° E. 780.00 feet from the southwest corner of Unit One, Thomas Manor Addition;

     Thence S. 13″ 48° E. 261.09 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence S. 19″ 15° W. 604.09 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence N. 70″ 45° W. 29.36 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence S. 19″ 15° W. 600.00 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence N. 70″ 45° W. 100.00 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence S. 19″ 15° W. 280.00 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence S. 36″ 11° 27′ W. 152.47 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence N. 13″ 48° W. 1080.00 feet to a point for corner;

     Thence N. 76″ 12° E. 740.00 feet to the point of beginning.

    B. This section shall not apply to peace officers, city employees engaged in the performance of their duties, persons doing work on the land under contract with the city, nor to persons (such as physicians, persons rendering aid in case of accidents, or employees of public utilities) who go on the land for the protection of life, health, or property.
